CABBAGE ROLLS
 

1 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. oatmeal
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Garlic to taste

Parboil head of cabbage.

Mix onion, oatmeal, sour cream, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Add ground beef. Roll in cabbage leaves. Line bottom of pan with chopped leftover cabbage.

Cover with tomato juice or tomato puree. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
