ANN'S BULGOKI
 

2 lb. chuck or top sirloin steak, cut in finger-sized strips
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Puritan oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. honey
Dash of ginger
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sherry
Dash pepper

Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Broil over charcoal in pans with holes punched in them. (I use the aluminum pie plates. Can be broiled inside in the broiler.) Watch them carefully, turning from time to time.

Serve with rice. Serves 6.
