CANNELLONI
 

1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. Ricotta
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. chives
1 qt. marinara sauce

Cook lasagne noodles in boiling water. Drain, rinse in cold water. Separate. Mix Ricotta, cream cheese, egg, butter and chives together. Spread each noodle with cheese mixture. Divide the mixture equally. Roll each noodle, jelly roll style and put into a casserole. Pour sauce over top to your taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 16.
