3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onions, or minced onions
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. garlic powder

Pierce holes in steak with fork. Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate several hours.
