3 lbs. ground beef 3 tbsp. paprika 2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. celery salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic, minced Tomato juice Mix first seven ingredients in large skillet. Add 1 cup tomato juice. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until mixture is crumbly. Cover with additional tomato juice and simmer for 3 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Serve over hot dogs. Yield: 1 quart. |
