1 lg. can B & M baked beans 1 lg. can Bushes baked beans 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces and fried 1 lg. can Showboat baked beans 1 lg. can Van Kamps baked beans 1 lg. onion, diced and fried in 4 tbsp. bacon fat 1 sm. bottle of Ken Davis Bar-b-q sauce 20 oz. tomato juice Pour all of beans into roaster. Add fried and drained bacon. Add onion and bacon fat. Pour Bar-b-q sauce and tomato juice over mixture. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until beans are consistency of homemade beans. Stir occasionally so beans don't stick to sides and bottom of roaster. Can be made the night before and refrigerated and reheated. |
