MEATBALLS: 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper SAUCE: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form into 1 1/4" balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes on a cookie sheet. Mix together the soups and water for sauce. Pour over the meatballs and simmer. |
