BACON-WRAPPED STUFFED TENDERLOINS
 

1 1/2 lbs. fresh turkey breast tenderloins
1 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread cubes
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. red or green pepper, chopped
Chicken broth (to moisten)
4 strips bacon

Cut pocket lengthwise along thickest side of tenderloins. Mix bread cubes, onion and pepper with broth to moisten; stuff into tenderloins. Wrap 2 slices bacon around each tenderloin. Fasten with wooden pick. Place in greased baking pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove wooden picks; cut each tenderloin in half.
