5 green peppers Diced onions & green peppers 2 c. cooked rice (no minute rice) 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 can tomatoes, juice & all Dash of chili powder Pare boil peppers about 3-4 minutes until skin is tender. Saute onion and green peppers. Brown hamburger; drain grease off. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix with cooked rice and stuff peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
