RAVIOLI
 

1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. cheese (macaroni cheese)
Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley)

Fry ground meat and spinach, egg, and cheese. Place 1 teaspoon mixture onto rolled cut dough.

RAVIOLI (cheese) :
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 c. or more macaroni cheese
5/6 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley to taste

Mix together, should not be too dry or too moist. Place 1 teaspoon mixture onto rolled, cut dough.

HOMEMADE DOUGH:

6 c. flour
1 egg per c. of flour
Salt
Cold water if needed

Do not play with the dough after kneading or your dough will be tough.
