ARTICHOKE QUICHE

In bowl put:

4 eggs, mix
1 c. half and half, mix
1 c. Swiss cheese, mix
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. Artichoke hearts, mix
A pinch of red pepper
A pinch of nutmeg

Pour in quiche pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
