STUFFED GREEN ONIONS
 

6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Slice tops of peppers and take the seeds out. Cover peppers with boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Cook hamburger and onions until light brown. Drain off any grease and add remaining ingredients and heat through. Fill peppers with stuffing, cover and cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6.
