2 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 c. mushrooms, chopped 1 medium onion, grated 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Mix ground beef with salt, garlic powder and ground pepper. Roll into patties. Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter and spread on 1/2 of the patties along with onion and green pepper. Put other patties on top and pinch edges to seal together. Wrap with slices of bacon and tack with toothpicks. |
