BAKED ORANGE RUFFIE
 

Fresh fillets (or frozen, defrosted)
Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Chopped chives (fresh or dried)
White pepper
Paprika
Dry white wine
1 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces

Spray baking dish (shallow) with Pam. Arrange fillets in dish. Pour mixture of lemon juice and wine over fish, 2-4 tablespoons for each fillet. Sprinkle with chives, white pepper, and paprika. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
