BACONY FOWL
 

Fry bacon, not crisp
Pre-cooked chicken breasts
Crushed peanuts
1 can tomato soup
Mushrooms
Minced onions
1 box Japanese stir-fry vegetables

Put fowl in rectangular casserole. Put 1/2 piece bacon on each serving. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Cover with tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees.

In bacon pan, saute mushrooms and minced onions. Add 2 tablespoons oil in pan. Add box of Japanese stir-fry vegetables and fry. Add 1/2 cup water and soya sauce and can of tomato soup. Pour over casserole and serve with rice or potatoes.
