Potatoes, sliced Carrots, sliced 4 beef or veal cutlets 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with sliced carrots and potatoes. Place cutlets on top. Sprinkle dry soup mix over meat and vegetables, then spoon soup on to top and spread - do not stir. (Soup will not appear to cover entire dish.) Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are done. |
