BACON WRAPPED STUFFED TENDERLOINS
 

1 1/4 lb. turkey breast
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread cubes
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Chicken broth to moisten 4 strips bacon

Cut each tenderloin in half and cut pocket in tenderloins. Mix bread cubes, onion and pepper with broth; stuff into pocket. Wrap bacon around tenderloin and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
