OVEN BBQ BRISKET
 

5-7 lb. brisket
Onion or garlic powder
Liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
BBQ sauce

Generously sprinkle the brisket with the onion or garlic powder and liquid smoke. Seal in foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Reseal foil and place in a baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

Remove from oven and open foil. Baste with BBQ sauce and 1/4 cup liquid smoke. Bake 1 hour.
