1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1/4 c. onions, diced 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix all items in a bowl and shape into 8 patties. Brown over medium heat, turning once and being careful not to press juices out of the patties. Taste greats on the grill!
