1 tofu square 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root 2 tbsp. shoyu 1 tsp. salt 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. green onions, chopped Squeeze water from tofu square. Combine with next 9 ingredients. Place in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Just before serving garnish with green onions. Serves 8. |
