1 onion, chopped fine 1 tbsp. oil 2 c. cooked, drained lentils 1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp. sage or thyme 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Shoyu Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions in oil until transparent and slightly browned. Mix ingredients and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, covered, then for 10 minutes, uncovered. |
