BAKED HADDOCK WITH MAYONNAISE
 

2 lbs. haddock fillets
2/3 c. mayonnaise, not salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
Dash of white pepper

Arrange fish in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fillets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish at the thickest part. Serves 4 to 5.
