CHEESEBURGER PIE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Generous dash of oregano
Generous dash of garlic powder
1 sm. (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with herbs and onions
1 can croissant rolls
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef in skillet. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes.

Open rolls, separate and unroll dough. Place in greased 9-inch pan, pressing pieces together to form a crust. Add beef mixture to crust. Top with cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
