ARGENTINA EMPANADAS
 

1 pkg. egg roll skins
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
1 garlic
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying

Saute meat in skillet with onion and garlic, drain fat. Add eggs and raisins. Fill egg roll skins, fold over and seal. Fry on both sides in oil.
