1 round steak Bacon strips Onion flakes Dash of pepper 1 tsp. soy sauce Dash of sage Dash of thyme Dash of basil Meat tenderizing hammer to tenderize meat! Cut meat into strips. Place bacon strips and onion flakes in the center of each strip of steak; roll each strip and pin together with round toothpicks. Brown meat. Add water; simmer until done. Make gravy.
