1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells (for stuffing) 16 oz. ricotta cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 egg, beaten lightly Bottle of your favorite spaghetti sauce Cook shells and set aside. Mix all other ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells and place in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (browned hamburger or Italian sausage may be added to cheese mixture before stuffing shells). Great when served with a salad and French bread. |
