1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie pan. Cook beef and onion until brown, draining off any fat. Add salt and pepper, spread into pie pan. Beat together the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the meat. Bake about 30 minutes until knife in center comes out clean.
