1 lg. head of cabbage 1 lb. chopped round 3/4 lb. pork, chopped 1 lg. onion 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomato sauce Salt & pepper 2 hard rolls or bread Cut onion very fine and saute. Put cabbage in water and boil for 10 minutes to soften. Trim vein on cabbage leaf. Soften rolls in water. Mix meat, egg, onion, rolls and salt and pepper to taste. Roll meat into balls and put in cabbage leaf and fold. Put 3 cups boiled water in pot and add stuffed cabbage. Cook for 1/2 hour. |
