SUBGUM CAMBODIA STYLE
 

1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. bean sprouts
1 1/2 c. cooked pork (roast pork), cut into 3/4"
1 c. oyster sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch mix with 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Cook and stir mushrooms, celery (with vegetable oil) until celery is tender then put in roast pork, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in bean sprouts and cornstarch mixed with water. Turn heat up and cook through. Serve over hot rice or fried rice.
