1 can Chinese noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 c. cubed leftover pork 1 c. sliced celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 chopped cashews or walnuts 2 tsp. soy sauce Put 3/4 can Chinese noodles into baking dish. Combine cream of mushroom soup, water, pork, celery, onion, nuts and soy sauce, and cover Chinese noodles with mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 can noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
