1 teaspoon olive oil 6 regular pork chops or 4 pork steaks 1 large yellow onion sliced 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 small can of mushroom pieces 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup 1/2 cup of water 2 cups cooked rice
Brown pork chops in olive oil. Add onions and celery. Cook until soft. Add to this both soups and mushroom pieces and cook until mixture becomes a gravy, about 20 minutes. Add rice to mix, place into a casserole dish and bake for 1/2 hour. Serve hot.
