PORK SAUSAGE AND TOMATO SOUP DISH
 

1 lb pork sausage links
4 - 6 oz of extra wide egg noodles
1 can of tomato soup

In a frying pan, brown sausage links and cook until done.

In kettle bring 2 to 3 quarts of water to a boil. Slowly add 4 to 6 oz of egg noodles and boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain the pork sausage.

Drain the egg noodles; combine noodles, sausage, and the can of tomato soup in the kettle in which the noodles were cooked.

Simmer over low heat until soup is heated through.

Serve in large serving dish with a side salad.

Serves 2 to 4 people
