WI KI KI MEATBALLS
 

3 to 4 lbs. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

SAUCE:

2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, drained (save)
1/4 c. vinegar
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 jar sweet baby jerkins, drained
2 jars drained cherries

Meatballs: Mix all ingredients. Broil to cook, turning as needed.

Sauce: To pineapple juice, add vinegar, brown sugar, and white sugar. Stir over low heat. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch after it gets hot but do not boil. Stir until thickens. Add drained cherries, jerkins, and chunks of pineapple with meatballs. Heat to serve.
