3 cans red sockeye salmon 1 small can green chiles (chopped) 2 eggs 3 cups cracker meal 1 small finely chopped onion 1 tbsp garlic salt 2 tbsp dill weed 1 tbsp cilantro juice of 1 lemon
Clean salmon, removing bones and skin. Mix with juice from lemon and 1/2 cup of cracker meal Add chiles, onion, eggs and spices. Form into croquettes. Roll each in remainder of cracker meal and fry in vegetable oil over medium high heat until medium brown
