1/4 c. cold water 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. skim milk Coconut; optional 1 env. Alga chocolate shake mix 3 lg. ice cubes 1/2 c. "lite" whip cream In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand until softened (about 1 minute). Stir over low heat until dissolved. Cool. In blender, combine milk, Alba, and gelatin mixture. Cover - process on low, adding ice cubes. Process on high until mixture thickened, transfer to bowl. Blend in whipped topping. Spoon into 4 round molds. Chill. Unmold and garnish with coconut. Makes 4 servings, 78 calories (2 grams fat) each. |
