2 c. fresh brussel sprouts 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. freshly ground or grated nutmeg
Cut brussel sprouts in half. Steam until tender. Meanwhile, saute walnuts in butter until golden brown. Pour over sprouts in serving dish. Sprinkle on nutmeg. Yield: 4 servings. 100 calories.
