2 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. low sodium baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters Cholesterol free 99% Real Egg Product
1/4 c. Fleischmann's Regular or Sweet Unsalted butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped apple
3/4 c. dark seedless raisins
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. In small bowl, beat together skim milk, Egg Beaters and Fleischmann's Regular or Sweet Unsalted butter; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in apple and raisins.
Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook on lightly greased nonstick skillet or griddle, over medium high heat, turning once to brown on both sides.
Makes 14 (4 inch) pancakes.
