1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. diet butter 1 c. flour Mix ingredients together and roll into balls. (These can be made ahead of time and frozen.) Bake in 375 degree preheated oven, 15 minutes (frozen 20-25 minutes). Exchanges per serving: 1 ball = 1/4 bread, 2/3 fat, 1/4 meat. Makes 36 nibbles. 60 calories per serving. |
