2 c. quick rolled oats 2/3 c. shredded coconut 1/2 c. chopped peanuts 1/3 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. honey 1/2 c. raisins 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together lightly and press firmly into well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. |
