APRICOT YOGURT FROSTING
 

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. confectioners' sugar, sifted (about 4 c.)

Combine ingredients in order listed. Beat until smooth and creamy.
