4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. Irish Whiskey 1/4 c. coffee liqueur Pinch of salt 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Prepare bundt pan by buttering and flour. Spread pecans around on bottom. Pour in mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes. GLAZE: 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. Irish Whiskey Bring to a boil. Cook about 4 minutes on low flame. Pour over cake and let seep in for several hours. Unmold cake and serve with heavy unsweetened cream poured over each slice. |
