1/2 c. fresh jalapeno peppers 3/4 c. bell peppers, ground and strain Blend the above with 1/4 cup vinegar. Mix 1 cup vinegar with 6 cups sugar. Add sugar mixture to peppers and cook and stir to a rolling boil. Skim foam. Add a few drops of green food coloring. Add 2 packages of Certo. Pour into jelly glasses. Completely cool before sealing with paraffin. |
