CHEESE JAM TARTS
 

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cottage cheese
Jelly or jam

Sift and measure flour. With pastry blender, cut in butter until pieces are the size of large peas. Add cottage cheese and mix until well blended. Lightly press dough into a ball, then roll on floured board until very thin. Cut into 3 inch rounds. Cut 1/2 inch circles in center of half the rounds. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned. Place cut out rounds onto plain rounds and fill centers with jam or jelly. Makes 15-20 tarts.
