ITALIAN EASTER PIE
 

1 1/2 lbs. sausage
2 c. cubed ham
1/4 lb. grated cheese
1 stick pepperoni
2 lbs. Ricotta
7 hard boiled eggs
9 eggs, scrambled
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Parsley

Boil sausage and pepperoni together, then remove skin and cut into small pieces. Cut ham in small cubes and add to sausage. Add Ricotta, grated cheese, black pepper, parsley and eggs.

Note: Mix Ricotta with 2 eggs, parsley, salt and pepper and Mozzarella cheese.

DOUGH FOR EASTER PIE:

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 lb. Crisco (equals 1 1/2 c.)

Make dough to fit lasagna pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
