2 lbs. chopped steak 2 lg. onions, chopped 1/4 c. shortening 1/2 c. flour (gravy flour shaker) 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. pepper Flour chopped steaks. Place in skillet with hot shortening and onions. Brown on each side. Add tomatoes and ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper. Simmer for one hour until done. |
