CARAMEL APPLES
 

25 apples, washed
14 oz. bag caramels (50)
25 wooden sticks
2 tbsp. water

1. Melt caramels with water in double boiler over low heat. Stir occasionally until smooth.

2. Insert sticks into apples. Dip apples into hot caramel sauce, turning to coat.

3. Place on waxed paper, chill until firm.

4. Decorate with shredded coconut, if desired.
