ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE
 

1 lb. box graham crackers, rolled
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. dates, cut fine
1 lb. coconut
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lg. can milk
1 pt. cherry juice

Roll crackers fine. Add all dry ingredients in large pan. Melt marshmallows and milk in double boiler. Stir all time until melted. Pour over all dry ingredients. Work until smooth batter. Place all paper in cracker box and press cake in real firm and smooth. It's ready to eat in 3 days after setting in ice box.
