5 c. boiling water 5 tea bags or 5 tsp. tea 10 whole cloves 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/3 c. orange juice 3 unpeeled orange slices, cut in half Pour boiling water over tea, cloves and cinnamon. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Strain tea; stir in sugar and fruit juices. Heat to just below boiling. Serve hot with orange slice in each cup. 6 servings. |
