HOT FRUIT COMPOTE
 

Excellent around the holidays for something a little different. 1 lg. can pears 1 lg. can apricots 1 lg. can pineapple chunks 1 Royal Ann cherries (light) 6 to 8 macaroon cookies (crumble into pieces) 1/8 c. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 to 3/4 c. sherry wine

Butter casserole dish. Mix all ingredients. Pour in dish, bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
