HOT CURRIED FRUIT
 

1 (16 oz.) can peaches
1 (16 oz.) can pears
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruit, saving juice. To juice add remaining ingredients, stirring until cornstarch dissolves. Cook, stirring occasionally until this begins to thicken. Add fruit and cook until thoroughly heated. Serve hot. You may substitute or add canned fruits of choice to this dish.
